    Ive got myself a blackberry and been using it for about a month now, I keep losing my phone (Z10) data, every time my battery dies, since I usually work on the field I cant have it charged always. And I tried to restart to see if it still happens, and it does! All my contacts, apps and photos are erased.

    How can I stop this? When I turn on my phone, I'd like to pick up from where I left, without having to re install and resync my apps & Contacts

    It shouldn't happen all the time, but when it does, it should repopulate within a few minutes. Is this the case with you?
