    Hello, is there blackberry q10 model that is 4g lte blocked? I just can't use 4g service in my country , and mobile company that i use said because this phone is 3g smartphone, 4g is not available. The version is 100-3. Sorry for my bad eng

    It depends on who your carrier is, and which 4G (LTE) bands they use.

    The 100-3 Q10 is compatible with only certain LTE bands - although it is generally made for the European market. Specifically for these carriers at the time of release: EE, O2, Rogers, and Vodafone.

    If your carrier doesn't use LTE bands 800, 900, 1800, and 2600, then you will not get 4G LTE service.
