    I read where the system storage should be about 3 gigas. Something is not right, my passport has 20.9 gigas. How to clean the system storage? If I have to wipe and reload where do I find the reload data/site?

    Use Device Monitor to see what's using the most storage.

    In the end a good reload of the OS is a great way to clean things up. But you'll need to think about backing up things you need, before doing that. LINK can do a Backup and Restore.... but I usually tried to just start over.

    Pictures and Videos I'd have on SD and Cloud
    Email, Contacts and Calendar all in the Cloud
    SMS I used Ultimate Backup
    Avoided any apps or games that didn't have their own backup options.

    Password Keeper data and few APKs I'd also backup to SD Card and Cloud.
