It's now two weeks since my Passport decided to not ring anymore and I am about to lose it. I have checked all settings, I have done restarts, hard resets and still no ringer. I miss all my calls. If I don�t see the thing ring I simply miss the call. AM I the only one with this problem? I really hope someone can help.

By ring do you mean ALL notifications? If you set both vibration and sound on for calls, does it still vibrate?

Which OS are you running?

All other notifications are working just fine. It�s just when I get phone calls when it doesn't ring nor vibrate. It silently rings and the only way I know I'm getting a call is if I see the screen.

Met a guy today with a Passport and his Passport also don't ring. Is there anyone else with the same issue?

What OS are you on?

And have you checked settings, notifications, applications then phone.

I'm on the OS the phone came with, 908, all settings are correct, I had a Z10 before the Passport .

I did a complete backup and whola! Problem solved. I think during the backup all files were put int heir right place and now all is good.
