    There is a software problem that blackberry acknowledges but refuses to solve. How do I get blackberry to fix the issue for all of us who own a passport or get them to return our money?

    There are several threads concerning the issue you are describing and it appears that there may be several factors to consider.
    A reinstall of BBLink may be sufficient BUT read the following link and hopefully you'll have some better insight or resolution as a result.
    Trying to get your money refunded is likely not a realistic expectat:ion.
