Why won't the phone connect now? It says it can't authenticate. What do I do?
Do a hard reset (eg hold down the power button for 20 seconds).
If still no joy....
- Delete the old wi-fi connection(s),
- then add the wi-fi connection(s) again
It worked for me! Most wi-fi connections worked ok after the upgrade, but some of them needed to be deleted and added again.
