My old blackberry tablet appears dead, what can I do?

No lights,no screen,no nothing...

Did you try charging it? Did you make sure that the Praybook charger is still functioning? Will it charge your phone. If it does, then you may only have to do a "Stack Charging" procedure as outline here in the forums.
Do a search here (or Google,it will get you to where you want read the threads on it), and get a power strip with a switch, you will be using that switch, and follow the procedure.

If that doesn't do it,then the battery probably has live it's useful life an won't take a charge anymore, and you can get a replacement battery if you want and replace it with a fresh battery. Replacement vids are where else,???? Youtube.

Just charge it. And press the power button persistently.

But you probable find that a new tablet will open up a whole new world of possibilities that the PlayBook never allowed you to experience.

I still have two PlayBook that get used pretty regularly... but only as video players. For browsing and apps there is no comparison.
