    i want to use passcode on my bbm iphone ios 10.
    but everytime i turn on passcode and try to type in the password,the numeric keyboard frozen on the first time typing
    why is that
    i really get frustrated

    Not sure if I understand the question. It sounds like you have an issue with a passcode on your iPhone. You might get a more help for your iPhone on iMore.

    Please add more detail if this is a BlackBerry issue.
