My KeyOne issues, or not?

Hey there,
today I've received my KeyOne!
BUT!

Here are my first issues:
-spacebar uneven clickiness. The spacebar has two buttons underneath, depending on which side I click, one clicks louder and the other one more silently.
-only one of the two speakers from the bottom actually works. If covering with a finger the second one, it makes absolutely no difference.
-when scrolling on the keyboard, it is not always responsive, so often I have to swipe multiple times.
-again when swiping on the keyboard, sometimes I feel like I touch the bottom of some keys and that they could come off if I'd swipe harder. This make swiping not smooth at all.

That's it so far. Could you please help me and say whether or not these are actual issues or they were meant to be like that?

I think you'll find most is normal and the swiping only works on certain rows.

There's only one speaker on the bottom which is on the right if you are looking at the phone.

Sorry, just thought to type in my first reaction, kind of honest one.
By "actually" you mean their first code name for the flagship?

And btw, I love mine too. So different - so cool.
