    So from sleep, I'll try to do something & there will be no response after which phone will restart & it'll be ok until the next time yet again, please advise anyone?

    Try a 32 second re-set. so, hold the power button for 32 seconds. time it.

    it's the equivalent of a battery pull.

    Post back and let us know if that sorted it. 😀

    Same problem here, driving me mad. Contacted BB support, no help at all.
    Having to carry my BBPassport around with me as the KEYone is so unreliable.

    It's software remember? Try reset by pressing power button for half a minute

    Thank you, I have tried both of those suggestions but to no avail, appreciate the replies though.
    I'm afraid I am seriously considering getting rid of It, I have only had Blackberry phones for the past 16 years, but this one is testing my love of Blackberry,

    You're on pre-release software. Give it a couple of weeks before you give up. When the KEYone is officially released we should see more updates.

    I'm experiencing the same issue. The phones freezes and got a blank screen and had to do a hard rebout...hope an update is coming

    Mine froze all the time so I sent it back and got a new one and it still even sitting freezes. Sometimes does it a few times a hour. The first two keyones dint freeze but the screens feel out. So disappointed in the quality of this beautiful phone!
