My Key2 won't go past the "Blackberry, powered by Android OS screen"

Which device model and PRD (sub-variant) do you own? It should be written on the box.

BBF100-2 if that is what you mean.
I downloaded that file and ran the flashall.bat file but that didn't change anything. Is there another file I need to run after that?

You watched it go through the loading process without errors?

Yeah key is did it see your phone and install it.

Try other cables
Try downloading the USB Drivers

I was worried that was the issue and I guess it could be anywhere inside. Time to see what's available in used. Many thanks for your help!
