    Since downloading the new or 10.3 I have issues with icons being too big. When the phone comes out of sleep mode I have to pinch the screen smaller to reset to the proper size on the home screen. This very annoying that I have to do this every time.

    Go to settings, accessibility. Turn off magnify mode.
