When you click your email setup, are you only seeing "setup enterprise activation?" The reason, I ask this, is usually email issues, mms issues, exc on older BB's can be that the "service books" have not been downloaded and installed on your BB. The service books, are normally provided by your carrier. Some carriers, such as Tmobile, the service books are readily available. I know I had to call Simple Mobile (which piggybacks on Tmobile), in order to get the service books installed on my Bold 9650.
