    My email alerts are not working on my q10, everything else works fine, whatsapp, facebook etc.. , but when I get an email it doesn't make any sound, or no led, tho I have it activate it, any help?

    I did that already, still doesn't work, I have it with sound plus vibration and still the same, every other alert works just fine

    What do u mean? , when I get an email I get the email in the hub, but no led, no sound....and it's all activated

    go into notifications then , normal then customize app , then go into email and make sure it's on, if it is try a hard reset by holding your volume up and down buttons in for a min or until you see the loading circle.

    these new devices are not like the old, you should not pull the battery unless it's your last resort. Do a hard reset.

    Make sure the top two are turned on. Sometimes when you set up they are turned off.

    you could try deleting the email account , and reset it back up.

    I did that, I also did the security wipe, it worked, and then it stoped working, it's only with the email
