[CrackBerry Question]

if i hit the phone icon to make a phone call my contact list pops and is locked and I can not seem to find the dial pad to enter in numbers to dial a phone number. I can dial a contact but can not end the call or enter in any numbers as no dial pad can be found

You need to reload your OS.
Download the file you need from here:

and follow the instructions in my signature for loading an OS with an autoloader.
