You can try that if you use iTunes.

If not best bet is to uninstall everything, disable malware and virus scanners... reinstall using and Administrator account and then test.

There are many here that it still works for, but a growing number that it doesn't work for. Either way if you get it working, you need to look at other options to do partial backups and syncing of data.

I have BB Link on 3 PCs and as of this morning none of them now work. Syncing calendar and contacts between my Passport and MS Outlook, Windows 7, is critical for my business. My solution is to move to an iPhone and use the Apple tools.

I wrote about this a few weeks ago and someone had the audacity to say that a work around is available to solve this problem. Really?
