Have you tried a hard reset yet, by holding your volume buttons in together until you see the blue loading circle.
Just powered off and it is still only vibrating (makes a buzz).
Not only is this my very first Blackberry, this is my very first Smartphone! I researched phones for months and decided to buy the Classic as soon as it hit Amazon. I taught myself how to use it and I've loved it for several weeks - now I can't make it ring.
Who do I contact for help?
This is the best place for help, are you sure your settings are correct, make sure its on normal first,
I did have it on Normal. I even tried creating a new Profile and changing ringtones, but I still get no sound other than a buzz from the vibrate. Withdrl, I truly appreciate your trying to help and I will keep checking back here for answers.
You better take it back and get it replaced.
