    To resolve this issue after Google search I found that either wipe, upgrading or re-installation of OS will fix this. So, after couple of research I found Blackberry Desktop Software. I installed it and follow the instruction to connect device.

    After update, retry and cancel option. I clicked on "update" but When I try to connect it via"Blackberry desktop software" and update it. It stuck for an hour and more on same screen "Check for updates" , at last after 2 hour message appear saying "Make sure that device is connected". I have tried same process couple of time but no result.

    And this is not first time using "Blackberry desktop software", I already update and backup system many time when my BB 9900 was on running state.

    ( I also re-installed "Blackberry desktop software" console)

    Can some one help me to resolve this issue is it my Internet fault or my phone got some serious hardware issue?
