My blackberry z3 says phone not allowed.mm#6...how do i fix this bcos i cant even make a call

I cant use my blackberry z3'bcos it's saying "phone not allowed.mm#6,nd I can't really do anything icant even make a call,so how do I fix this.

Where did you get that phone? Has it ever worked? A phone that says MM6 is blocked by the carrier... probably reported stolen, and can never be activated.
