[CrackBerry Question]

my blackberry z10 wont turn on. i tried to press the power button. the red light shows. then the blackberry word logo. but when it comes to the colored logo (the blue one) it loads very slow and doesn't finish up to 100%. waited for it for several hours. still it wont open. what to do?

Try hard reset. Press and hold the power button for few seconds till phone switches off and turns on again.
If this doesn't work reload os

i leave it like that for hours then it automatically turns off. when i plug the charger. the led blinks. and then turns on. it loads fast on the colored logo. upto 100% but still it wont open.

Yup. Take backup using BlackBerry Link.

You will need to reload the OS using link or you can do non destructive using one of the many auto loader or saschi

Only solution for this will be an autoloader. Sorry, but I hope you have a backup already, cause you're going to lose some things if not.

Don't worry that the PC doesn't see it. Download one of the autoloaders, I'll get you a link to something official and stable. Download, unzip, right click the unzipped exe file. You'll see the command prompt pop up, and when it says Connecting to Bootrom:, plug the phone in. It should boot then have a green LED. If it doesn't after 5 minutes, hold the top button till it shuts off. Load takes 15 minutes tops. Do not touch it till the command prompt goes poof on the PC. Then it should boot. Go through setup, then you can do a restore if you have one.

If you updated it using an autoloader, use one of those, but the first one that worked.

Edit - What you're looking for is STL100-X. Need the X. It will be anything from 1 to 5.

Visit blackberry.com/update.

It will ask u to connect the phone to the pc/laptop.
Make sure u have link installed on it.
Ur data will be gone.

I fixed the same issue thru this process on my z10-stl001.

Hey. Download any autoloader for your phone. Also sic multi wipe. First open sic multi wipe after that process gets completed install new os using autoloader. Hope this fixes the problem.

I don't see the point in wiping, unless there's a specific reason for it. Let's just get the phone working.
