I was trying to update the software form y Blackberry Z10 STL100-4 ModelRFA91LW. The process was interrupted. then the phone started showing the red light and it wont switch on. What can i do? The phone had been showing messages after like every two hours that l must update my software.
Which OS were you attempting to install and how?
Try connecting your phone to PC with BlackBerry Link....is there device recognition?
While the phone is connected try a hard reset...hold power button down about 20 secs... until boot screen appears and see if that forces any recognition. If it does update device or reload OS with BBLINK.
If there is no change consider using an autoloader to restore device.
