    phone was charging and the screen went blue, so I turnt z10 off now it won't restart and the led isn't flashing even when charging. i have tried connecting to pc to reload via bb link but the z10 won't associate with the pc. any ideas how to fix this?

    Have you tried with an autoloader??

    if that doesn't work you should contact your wireless service provider for warranty exchange.
