my blackberry z10 screen went blue and now won't switch on. how can I fix this?.

phone was charging and the screen went blue, so I turnt z10 off now it won't restart and the led isn't flashing even when charging. i have tried connecting to pc to reload via bb link but the z10 won't associate with the pc. any ideas how to fix this?

Have you tried with an autoloader??
