Please guys I need your help. My BlackBerry z10 automatically goes off when the battery is below 50%, and it won't come on until I plug a charger . The first time if happened, I thought it was normal but when I saw my bro using his z10 when his battery was 15% I knew something was wrong. Please what can I do?

You might have stl 100-1. All models of that type have the same problem.
1. Use extensive task and let it drain to 50% or less than that until it stops.2. Wait for minute. After that remove the battery and insert it after 2 hours. 3. Using the wall charger turn on the blackberry device by pressing the power button for a minute. 4. After switching on if the battery shows >10% than immediately disconnect the charger and remove the battery. 5. Wait for more 20 minutes and after that insert it and press power button for a minute by connecting it to the wall charger. After than if it shows <10% than its ok. Charge upto 100 % [ normally takes 2 hours and 30 minutes] ...
It will work...

No offence grinath,but your method is useless.It has never worked for me and even for those who it did work,it was only temporary.

Maybe for you it did,but for majority this battery pull thing does not work.
