    In the end, reloading the OS (Autoloader) is probable your only option. If Android you can try getting into the boot menu - clear Cache or Safe Mode. BB10 it's just reload the OS.

    Might try letting the phone run the battery down until it shuts off permanently for awhile, then recharge and try booting.. Also remove the SD and SIM Cards... but in the end a reload is probable the answer.

    No there are no Boot options on BB10.... it either works or you find a PC and reload the OS.
