    Some apps can't connect to the internet unless through wifi. These apps are downloaded from BlackBerry world. Eg badoo, jumia, skype. Etc would 'nt work with my blackberry internet service (BIS) what will I do to correct this abnormality? Thanks

    BIS does not work on Series 10 phones, like your Q10. Have your carrier put you on a regular data plan like any other smart phone.
