i try to formate my mobile its loded 80% that time my mobile charging finished after resarting it showing yellow caution triangle with the web site www.bberror.com/bb10-0015

Appears there's something wrong with you system files.
Did you made an update or sideloaded an OS ?

Edit : you mention "formate"; do you mean wipe it (i.e erase everything back to default) ?
