I updated my BlackBerry to 10.3.2. I forgot my password and the answer to the security question too. I used the first email sent by BlackBerry during creation of my BlackBerry ID to delete my account. I created another ID with the same mail address. I can sign on a PC easily but nothing happens when I sign in on my phone. It doesn't even say wrong password. After a minute the password space is empty like before. Also my BlackBerry Protect is off. I never switched it on. In my phone it never said wrong mail. I cannot use BBM cuz it keeps asking for for my password. On the protect.blackberry.com site it says my ID is not associated with any device. I can install any android app. I don't want my phone to become a brick. Therefore wanna do something before this happens. So my question is will I be able to security wipe my BlackBerry and can I associate it with the already created ID or should I continue using my phone as it is???

Try turning off protect.

After protect is OFF, First try to Wipe the handset, from settings

After it wipes, sign in with the ID and the new password
