My blackberry priv touch is operating automatically .is this case of its sliding strip.

When i operate throught touch pad its operates for some time but after some time the back menu home menu and minimize menue operates automatically i have to slide up and have to operate through physical keyboard afters some time the touch operates normally for some time again the same problem repeats.after the update of 6.0 marshmellow my vibrator also stoped working .plz give the solution for it.

Sorry I have no solution for you but but maybe it's a bug in the operating system sisn it's almost 2 in 1. But maybe try and downgrade and the make the update happen to se if it works
