My Blachberry Priv has been blocked for 2 hours already and it keeps poping up only the message "the UI app has had a problem" and everything else is black an unaccessible. I tried to turn it off and back on but it keeps doing the same thing without letting me do anything. I also tried to push some buttons on the querty kboard but nothing. can someone help me?
