2 days back I got a Internet call from a known person to me and after that onwards my blackberry passport is not getting proper mobile range some times I am getting range and wenever I shift from somewhere it's getting lost what should I do?

Have you tried the usual stuff: Restart phone; remove and reinsert SIM; remove SD card; try your SIM in another phone or another SIM in yours?

Yes I tried putting other sim same thing is happening to dat one too

Hard reboot device.....hold power button down for 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and BlackBerry boot logo reappears. This process is not the same as a restart.

Check your network settings, make sure selection mode is Auto, confirm APN settings...should be automatically set by your Sim.

What app did you utilize for your " Internet call"? Is it possibly conflicting with your network settings? Can you remove or disable it and retry your network connectivity?
