I use my BlackBerry for 3 months with no fault but it started showing no service amd atimes low or emergency. I took it for repaired but was told its an OS problem. And each time I goes close to a network mass I gets serive BT it flatuats.

Have you tried using LINK or an Autoloader to reinstall the OS?
I'd do that and don't restore any data until you test it a little.
