    I think I uninstalled something on my laptop cause it isn't BlackBerry Link, any suggestions. You know the black box where you put commands in I think I deleted something in there, wasn't paying attention, so it would be some thing in windows7 that would make link run, drivers or something it's Not My Phone cause tried Link on another computer and works fine and I tried units talking it on my lap top and reinstalling, and this all happened cause BlackBerry deleted my BlackBerry ID on there server, funny ah I'm the only one that they found that the BlackBerry ID was gone took a long time for BlackBerry to figure that one out...... no one's perfect

    Just uninstall it and reload.

    Ha, I never thought of that, no I did and I did and I did reinstall it does not work spent hours on the phone with tech support and they couldn't fix it
