    Calls just go straight to vmail, and outgoing calls are met with a call failure notice. Data and SMS are working fine. The cell repair place said the hardware is fine, and the network people said all is right on their end. I have factory reset it twice, and the sim works in my sons phone just fine. HELP!

    Have you tried reloading the software as opposed to just resetting the device? Can you pinpoint any other changes made around the same time that the issue started? New apps, settings change, etc?

    I'm sorry, I misspoke. I actually did reload it through BB Link. I can"t think of anything that happened around the time the issue started. Is there a log file I can access? Thanks so much.

    This is still an issue, while Verizon "looks into it". Any help would be appreciated. I really love this phone.
