I have put my sim in a new phone, how can I retrieve my contacts. Is there a website or place from where I can retrieve my contacts and photos. I want to put it on my new phone.

there is an app called device switch that you can use to transfer your contacts from one BB to another. I guess it would only be any good to u if you can still use your broken BB.
