    I woke up four days ago with BB bold 5 on, as a matter of fact I was chatting with a friend that morning. I left the phone on a table and came back some minutes after nine in the morning, only to found out the phone is dead. I removed the battery which is obviously in good conditions+charged, placed it back but the phone didn't come up. Up till today my BB bold 5 is still dead. What should I do please?

    Sounds like you might be planning a funeral for it.
