    I had to reinstall the phone but the problem didn't solved. The phone keeps restarting now and then. Is there a definitive solution to this problem? So annoying when you're busy with the phone and suddenly it restarts. Can someone please really please provide solutions?

    Use the Mobile Upgrade Tool on your PC.
