    I have had my 9650 since 2008 It is not in service.But I used it to store all my online passwords email, bank accounts debit card pins, ETC!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not locked with a password or pin. any suggestions on what should I do...

    Check up with BlackBerry Protect. You could either attempt to find it, or wipe the whole device.

    If your info is stored in the "Password Keeper" or similar app, you may be ok. If not, and information is stored on the device, frankly you need to start one by one, changing all passwords and accounts.
