[CrackBerry Question]

I recently updated my blackberry software. now phone wont start up. It loads up to 70, sometimes 80 percent and refuses to switch on. Help. I have installed the blackberry link onto my laptop and have tried to reboot it, when reboot gets to 99 percent it crashes and says phone not supported. Please help. Maybe i'm doing it all wrong? where am I missing it? My laptop is windows 8. Should i be worried?

Try a battery pull and try reloading the OS! Or go to BlackBerry Protect and erase your phone data

DON'T "battery pull". It's not required or needed with BB10...this isn't the old Java OS.
Try security wipe or reload your OS with Link.

How did you update you OS? Via OTA or LINK or did you download an Autoloader on line?

Did it work for a while after the update, or did the update fail and put you in this situation?

You need to redownload the correct Autoloader for your version of the Z10 - I would get the latest official from your carrier. Run the Autoloader, and then plug you Z10 in and boot it. They Autoloader should "catch" it and start the installation process.
