Hi guys, desperate for some help here. I have the Blackberry Q5. Had a fight getting my password to work on Blackberry Link / DM on my computer which caused my phone to lock. Go to the phone to unlock it, but asks for me to first type 'Blackberry'. Fate now has it that the letter 'c' no longer works and I can't get past this 'Blackberry' word to enter my password. Normally I'd be okay to factory restart etc, but I've not been on Blackberry Link for some time and all of my photo's of my holidays with my gf are stuck on the phone and texts etc... Is there ANY way at all, to either, back the phone up in this position still or to unlock it again? I'm desperate on this one guys, thanks.

You should be able to unlock it via Link when you plug the phone in using the desktop keyboard verses the phones.

Not sure if that phone supports OTG, but if it does just plug in a keyboard via OTG adapter.
