I used to save any pictures sent on BBM either to my device or to the media card. Now my BlackBerrydoes not recognize the format and will not save the photo.

I used to save any pictures sent on BBM either to my device or to the media card. Now my BlackBerrydoes not recognize the format and will not save the photo.
I think it maybe a software problem because sometimes things like saving pictures on BBM may not work because of the current version.
