    After I installed os 10.3.1.2072 autoloader onto my blackberry z10 stl-3, it's resets after i restart or the battery drains, all my apps, settings, documents will be done...

    please what can i do?

    Yesterday I installed BlackBerry 10.3 on my z10 stl-100 1. After that my phone restart again & again itself.. I waited so long for this update... and now everything is fine... only the problem is ******* restart till now... plz help

    Hey my problem solved by cleaning battery 4 copper point...my battery got carbon on point... before cleaning my phone restart approx 10 to 15 time a day.. but now it's working fine.. u must try.. sorry for bad English..

    Hey man... had the same problem....seemed to start charging after i plugged it into my laptop.
