    Hi friends,
    My BlackBerry Z10 device restarts. I wipe up my device I thought may be it fix the issue.
    After wipe up my device its again restarts for 3 time by itself.
    Can anyone helps?

    Why does it restart? Is it because of something you do, or is it really a random occurrence?

    If it's in a case, or perhaps sometimes due to a over snug fit or a build-up of grime, sometimes the power button can stick down. If you are seeing the "turning off countdown" screen before it turns off this could be a strong possibility.

    If it's not that, then another common problem is a loose battery. Fix it with a bit of folded paper.

    Dear I did nothing.
    It was working perfect yesterday.
    However I switched off my device before going to sleep.
    I wake up and starts my device its restarts for two times, I thought this will fix after wipe up, but after wipe up its going restarts again for two times.
    I observed that when we press start button of device it that happend with my device when I was using my device.
    I didt touch power off button.

    Dear Baarn I checked everything my device including power button.
    I am still thinking about what happens with my BlackBerry device.
    It was running good.
    However now its working but its harmful for my device if this will happen again.
