My BB z10 camera don't working since I update my z10 on 10.2.xxxx
Device Imformation :-. Z10STL100-1/10.3.2.2639,
I do wait for latest update every time in hope that "in next update blackberry will resolve this issue" but always disappointed... although before few days ago I update my BlackBerry z10 on 10.3.2.2639 but still my camera didn't working.
Note:- I never use autoloader or leaks,
And I already do security wipe and reload OS by using BlackBerry Link. But no improvement.
Do you have any solution... I searched on google but not get any solution. What should I do.

looks like a bug maybe try reinstalling the firmware see if it helps

I already did to reload os by BlackBerry link but no change... the problem is same in my z10 since 10.2.1.xxxx updat...

Do you continue to have any competing applications, eg. 1 or 2 different camera apps in addition to stock?
Delete if so and reboot device...worth a try but given all the information you've provided I would suspect a hardware issue.

That being noted I would suggest reloading most recent OS with an autoloader...if problem persists it is likely hardware.

Previously I nust try to open stock camera but when it is not work for me then I download on app from BlackBerry store it also not work then I give a try to android camera app 'B612'ut it also not working.. after that I deleted other apps and then I did many tym switch off or switch on but no improvement...
And one more problems I absorb that I can't hard reset my z10 by pressing volume up and down key for long time.

Try to hard reset by holding power button down until boot screen appears....hold for about 20 seconds until red LED flashes and logo appears. This is probably a moot point, however, given your problem continues despite an OS update.

It does appear to be a hardware issue.

I already did it hard switch off... maybe hardware issue but I think you should to look at Google search page.

What you're describing doesn't appear to be an OS error...it could be but given your multiple reboots and updates without correction I would wager it's hardware unfortunately.
Updates to my Z10 have never caused the problem you are having ( luckily for me) .

What is your z10 model number... I think only Z10STL100-1 have this problem...

Why BlackBerry is trying to ignore us, it's because we have owned BlackBerry smartphones so company not interested to keep there existing customers, just trying to make new ones.
A camera problem is very well known issue in BlackBerry but still after couple of years of that issue there is no solutions. #Horrible
