    When hooked up by either USB or Bluetooth, same error message: FFFFF or device not recognized. If I hook up to my Surface Pro 4, it is recognized immediately. Just purchased Priv 5 months ago and noticed that I was not getting software up-date messages from BB like I used to get with my Z10. So when I went to investigate manually......still "Device cannot be up-dated"?? ....tethering and Bluetooth are on.
    Went to BB website and cannot get past step 2 because it "doesn't recognize itself!!??)

    As far as I know there is still no Blend for the Priv or DTEK and Link is strictly for BB10 and hasn't been updated for more than a year.

    BlackBerry desktop software is/was solely for B10 devices....unfortunately will not work with BlackBerry android products.
