    I have tried holding the volume and power buttons But nothing at all happens!!
    I only have Black screen with flashing Red light.
    Any ideas ???

    You'll have to run an autoloader.

    Start the phone by pressing power and down volume to get to the bootloader menu, then run the autoloader from your PC.
