Hi guys I would like to ask what could be the possible problem about this, when I'm charging my phone, My battery stops at 97% and not going up to 100% and i really don't know why, BTW I'm using blackberry z10 stl100-1 any response will be highly appreciated! Thanks!

Try removing battery while plugged in , then put back in,
Try charging through you computer.
Last time that happened with my Z10, I let it die all the way. I would definitely recommend trying everything else first. While this method worked, I've read of some people having bad experiences.

Unplug from the charger. Restart your phone. Use it for the remainder of the day and then charge it again.
Same thing happens with my brand new iPad.
