Are you on the betas? Those have been having problems with the resent releases.
Nothing you can do until they figure it out and release another update that (hopefully) fixes it.
The official Play Store releases still work fine.

If you are on the beta, make sure you also install latest beta of hub+ services. You have to specifically join that "beta program" too.

It's still messed up. I have two phone one bb hub works one doesn't. It says "can't open emails" with the little android thingy by it. . attached is a pic of the issue. I uninstalled everything blackberry and reinstalled. Same issue.
Thanks for the help. I tried to get a ticket but need my subscription number. I pay monthly for the hub have no idea where to get the first email hahaha
same here, i think it is some bug that affected most of us, lets hope for an update
I found hub ID number and opened a ticket. Sorry for your issue but glad it's not just me. The update of the Hub before wouldn't let me see any emails then they updated and now just can't read them. Little android message... "Can't open emails" This happened before I updated Android.
Is this on a new Pixel? Seems to be an issue for people who just switched to the Pixel.
I suspect that it has something to do with the Chrome webview implementation. The Inbox uses webview to display its emails, as most apps do. There was a similar issue several years back that affected opening emails, but it also affected other apps and it was eventually fixed by Google.
I don't use Chrome. In fact, I disabled it long ago because I kept getting all kinds of spam pop-ups while using it. Something I never got using the Samsung Internet or Firefox. Doing so sets the default webview implementation to "Webview". That's Google's backup to the full Chrome if it's not there. That seemed to never cause problems for opening emails.
Now, you can change the phone to Webview even if you keep Chrome. That might solve the email opening problem. But it's not certain. Google keeps Webview updated regularly too. In fact, I got two updates to it last week alone on my Samsung. To change it, you have put the phone in Developer Mode, then you have all the developer options page in Settings available, including "Webview implementation".
Just another avenue to check. You all seem to be working with the beta versions and I'm still on the official release with no problems.

Thank you for your information. I'm currently using a TCL Pro20 5G
Latest Blackberry hub update fixed the issue.
