    can't scroll, can't swipe in all directions, have to double touch apps to open. Can't close the apps. Keyboard pops but wont type! Help please

    Do a hard reset, see if it helps, if its a stl100-1 use power button, press until you see the blue loading circle and if its a stl100-234 use volume up down buttons

    Thanks, I tried that, and pulling the battery and holding the volume keys with no luck!
