    I love my q10 and want to add music to it but whenever i try to sync it through blackberry link, the name of the artist doesnt show and isntead shows up as 'unknown'. The problem is that, initially, the songs have an artist written down in the 'artist' section and it seems to work fine on my apple ipod. I'm not sure wheather its blackberry link or the phone, but the name of the artist simply wont show up.
